Early in the morning we will drive you to Materuni village for Waterfalls and Coffee excursionA tour to Materuni Village and Waterfalls is a great way to spend a day away from the bustle oftown life. The walk to Materuni Waterfall offers a glimpse into the nature of Tanzania allowingan opportunity to see how local fruit like avocados, mangos, lemons, and bananas grow, as wellas learn some of the local history, traditions, village economy, agricultural and cultural life.When you get to the waterfall, you can refresh yourself in the natural pool, so swimsuits willcome in handy!The tour will continue with a visit to the local village lying in the coffee plantations. The villagerswill demonstrate the process of coffee farming and guide you through the preparation of coffeefrom a bean to a cup. Sing and dance along with the Chagga people as they are grinding,roasting and boiling the beans. When the coffee is ready, villagers will serve lunch - a nationalChagga meal.
A day will start with breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park, where ancient baobab treestower over some of the largest herds of elephants in all of Africa. Keep a lookout for thehundreds of bird species Tarangire is known for and dramatic interactions between predatorand prey at the park’s watering holes. This park is often referred to as the "home of elephants",you have a great chance to spot elephants in large groups gathering around the Tarangire River.Other animals to be spotted include leopards, lions, giraffes and even tree-climbing pythons.This is a full day game drive then late afternoon will drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight
This day you will travel to Serengeti national park via Ngorongoro. Serengeti is home to millionsof wildebeest during the migration and over the huge flat plains you are likely to find lions,cheetah, leopard, hyena and many other small predators. Your Guide will choose the best wildlife viewing location, spending time at the Hippo pool watching this enormous animals lazeabout in the cool water alongside the crocodiles, watch a lion stalking its prey or be staggeredby the scale of the great wildebeest migration. Travel from wide open plains to the kopjes andother plains that will provide you beautiful and attractive viewing
You will have Morning breakfast then your guide will take you for morning drive along withpicnic lunch to central Serengeti which is the strategic Area and it is easy to reach anywherefrom Seronera, it has reach Valley game this is due to the different source of water. Afterhaving Picnic lunch you will go for short game drive then during the evening you will experiencenature walks in Serengeti national park has amazing scenery and during the evening you willexplore the savannah plains on foot. An armed ranger guide goes with you as they movearound the trails in the national park and also you will be able to see wildlife species around thepark.
Early in the morning, you will drive towards Ngorongoro conservation area, after registrationyou will descend to the crater. Grass steppes and Acacia forests are home to almost all thespecies of animals found in the East Africa Savannah. In only a few hours, you will have thechance of spotting the big five-lion, elephants, buffalo, and leopard. After an extensive gameviewing and a picnic in the crater, you will drive to the camp for the night. MAASAI VILLAGE (MAASAI BOMA)Ngorongoro is the home of the pastoral Maasai, who have been allowed to live in theconservation area, a pioneering experiment in multi-purpose land use where people, theirlivestock and wildlife coexist and share the same protected habitat.The Maasai move widely with their herds of cattle, sheep, goats and donkeys in search ofpasture and water. In recent years the Maasai have been encouraged to work on the land tosupplement their traditional staple food of milk and meat.
Today’s journey will take you to Lake Eyasi where you will discover unknown treasure of Africa,in the Lake Eyasi region. In this area, they live Bushmen Hadzabe, one of the last tribes ofhunter-gathers on earth. You will spend precious moment with them, learning huntingtechnique as well as their daily lives. A little further, the Datogas make leather and metals, andthey will share their manufacturing secrets with you. After lunch you will drive back to thelodge for the night
You will depart with picnic lunch boxes, and drive to Lake Manyara National park for the gamedrives. The park is known for its over 400 bird Species, primate-filled forest and grassy plainslarge area of the park is covered by the Alkaline Lake Manyara, the seasonal breeding groundfor large colonies of flamingos and many more waterfalls. The park is also home to giraffes,elephants , hippos, impalas and groups of noisy monkeys and baboons, after an extensive gamedrive, you will leave the park and drive back to Arusha for departure.
