We accept Visa / Mastercard, PayPal, Pesapal, Stripe, Skrill and international bank transfer (SWIFT). A deposit is required to confirm your dates — usually 30% of the total — with the balance due 30 days before departure. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

For peak season (July–October, the Great Migration and dry season), we strongly recommend booking 3–6 months in advance as tented camps and lodges fill fast. For low season or short-notice travel, we can often arrange a safari within 2–4 weeks depending on availability — just ask.

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a small admin fee. Within 30–59 days, 50% of the deposit is retained. Within 29 days, the full deposit is non-refundable. Hotel bookings carry a 48-hour free cancellation window on most listed properties. We always recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.

Tell us your must-see parks, accommodation preferences, pace (relaxed vs action-packed), group size and whether you'd like Zanzibar or Kilimanjaro added on, and we'll rebuild the itinerary around you. No — our prices cover everything from your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Julius Nyerere International Airport (DAR): transfers, vehicles, guides, park fees, accommodation and meals as specified in the itinerary. International flights are booked separately. We can recommend flight routes and connecting options if helpful.
